Peter Roney

Peter Roney is Chairman of Calls9 Limited, a software development company based in Leeds in the UK. He is also a Consultant at Crito Capital, an investment banking and placement agent in Connecticut, USA.

Peter previously worked as a Managing Director for Cambridge Associates where he was based in the USA, London and Singapore. Prior to this he was CEO of Save and Prosper Group Limited and an Executive Director of Robert Fleming Asset Management Limited in London. He began his career in investment management becoming Chief Investment Officer of the Halifax Building Society Pension Fund until 1995.

Peter gained a degree in Politics and Economics at Durham University. He qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), he is a regular member of Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA), and an Associate of the Society of Investment Professionals (ASIP).

He rejoined 33 St. James’s in 2025 following a sabbatical and is based in South Carolina.
